• Have a list of the doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies that matter to you.
• Write down questions about premiums, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs.

• Have your current coverage information available for reference; don’t submit your Medicare number on this website.
• Prepare your questions and a private list of your doctors, prescriptions, and preferred pharmacies.
• Complete the separate Scope of Appointment process with Shaun before a plan marketing appointment, using the requirements for the applicable plan year.

This preparation guide is not a Scope of Appointment or enrollment application. Life insurance, final expense, and annuity discussions require a separate appointment from a Medicare plan marketing appointment.
